I am new to the wonderful world of running. I have always been a walker but slowly started to run a little here and there and before you know it I was hooked. This year I started running a little everyday. I usually run on average 3 miles or more a day. I do take rest days or when I sense my body needs it. I have signed up for my very first half marathon for April 2011. I am very excited and a little nervous.My hope is to use this page as a tool to keep me accountable in my training and updates for races in the future I used to be the person who would roll my eyes at runners because I just didn’t understand them but here I am one of them Stay tuned…….
